I took a chance and ordered this bike before there were any reviews or You Tube videos. I have been searching for a step-thru full suspension e-bike with a torque sensor at a reasonable price for quite awhile. The 5th Wheel Torrent 2FT has all the features I wanted so I took a chance and ordered one. Fed-ex delivered the bike in great condition to my Montana home 4 business days after I ordered it. I assembled the bike with no issues and took it for a ride on dry paved roads and through 3” of wet snow. I was pleasantly surprised with the power and quality of this bike. I have both emailed and chatted with 5th Wheel’s customer service with questions regarding features of the bike. They responded immediately each time I contacted them. I would not hesitate to recommend this bike.
