Products purchased from 5TH WHEEL can be returned by the original purchaser within 14 days from the date the product was received. Any request after 14 days will not be honored. Please make sure to first contact us by email at support@5thwheelebike.com.
If an item arrives defective, 5TH WHEEL will exchange it for a working product and provide a return shipping label for the defective product at no cost to the customer. When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
For non-defective products/No-longer needed Products, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping fee $50-$200 per unit when we are making a refund.
Items Damaged in Transit: If you did not purchase shipping insurance, please make a damaged package claim with FedEx https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html Damaged or missing package claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days. If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@5thwheelebike.com.
Customized items are not eligible for cancellation. For non-customized orders, you can cancel for free as long as the products have not been shipped out. If the package has been shipped out, you need to pay extra $50-$200 per unit as shipping fee for canceling order.
Returns after 14 days will not be honored.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, 5TH WHEEL service team is still available to you, please contact support@5thwheelebike.com for a better solution.
