If you have made a purchase of 5TH WHEEL products from an unauthorized dealer:

1. The warranty coverage for your purchased products may not be applicable under our official warranty policies.
2. Regrettably, we might not be in a position to assist you if you encounter issues with an unauthorized dealer or online seller.
3. We lack the means to ascertain whether these products are used, refurbished, counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise compromised.

Please be aware that 5TH WHEEL CANNOT PROVIDE WARRANTIES FOR PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH ONLINE AUCTIONS OR UNAUTHORIZED DEALERS.
