Warranty
At 5TH Wheel, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
All claims to this warranty must be made through 5TH WHEEL and submitted to support@5thwheelebike.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@5thwheelebike.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem.
5TH WHEEL provides after-sales services for customers as per relevant laws and regulations of the sales area. This policy is applicable to 5TH WHEEL’s electric bikes.
Warranty Target Audience
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by 5TH WHEEL or 5TH WHEEL’s authorized resellers are covered by a full warranty.
Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through 5TH WHEEL 's authorized distributors and retailers, such as Walmart and Amazon, are handled through 5TH WHEEL.

Unconditional Return Policy Explanation
We offer an unconditional return policy that allows customers to return products for any reason without any conditions.
Additional Information on Accessories and Replacement Parts
Any accessories or replacement parts purchased under our limited warranty terms are eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Any returned accessories or replacement parts must be unused, without any signs of wear and tear, dirt, dust, odor, or any other signs of use, and must be sealed and unopened with packaging and condition identical to when you received them.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Used products, batteries, special orders, promotional items, gift cards, and gift orders cannot be returned, except in cases of extreme damage/failure covered by our warranty policy and only with our return approval.
Warranty policy is not applicable to consumptive parts, such as inner tyre, outer tyre, handlebar cover, rubber stopper and accompanied accessories
The final interpretation right of after-sales service is reserved by 5TH WHEEL.
OUT OF WARRANTY
The following damages are considered out of warranty:
- Any damage which results from abuse, misuse, or neglect including but limited to, fire, collision, water damage, riding over obstacles, or theft.
- Any damage due to aging such as color shading or fading of painted surface, deterioration of plated surface, deterioration of rubber and plastics or rusting.
- Any product which has been re-modeled or modified.
- Spare parts out of the warranty period.
- Cracking of the frame caused by excessive load.
- Water damage to electrical parts.
- Front wheel or motor deformation.
- Abrasion of plastic parts and/or brake parts.
- Torn or damaged stickers.
- Flat tires.
Policy of After-sales Services Beyond Warranty Scope
5TH WHEEL provides paid repairing services for the product. The repairing fees arising therefrom include freight, accessory fees, and labor cost.
If the same accessory has the same fault again within 3 months after repair, 5TH WHEEL will provide free repair services again.
